All-terrain Yokohama tires offer top-tier performance in harsh trail conditions. In case of a blowout, a full-size matching spare is positioned underneath the cargo area.
The water-resistant upholstery is a great choice for families holidaying with young children. Seating is easy to clean and more comfortable than standard upholstery in humid climate.
Flat-folding 60/40-split seat backs are secured with protective material against wear and tear from traveling pets and abrasive gear.
A backend LED cargo lamp in the rear gate makes it easy to unpack after sundown.
The 9.5-inch ground clearance offers a better vantage point for drivers on dirt trails and insulates the undercarriage from damage.
Comfort and Convenience
Equipped on entry models are automatic climate control systems that ensure cooling contentment in hot temperatures. A tire pressure monitoring system monitors overinflated tires in excess heat to avoid blowouts on hot summer roads.
Behind the rear seats is 32.5 cubic feet of luggage space. Cargo area expands to a class-leading 75.7 cubic feet, enough for shopping sprees and conveying and barbecue supplies in summertime.
Standard is an 11.6-inch Multimedia system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration. Bluetooth and hands-free smartphone pairing allows passengers to stream content from favorite apps and keep themselves occupied on long drives.
Safety
Fitted on the 2023 Outback are eight airbags with height-adjustable head restraints in all seating positions. A ring-shaped reinforcement frame provides a high-impact shield for the cabin during collisions or rollovers.
Subaru's EyeSight Driver Assist Technology provides a plethora of leading safety systems for protection during the hectic summer season.
Features include:
- Adaptive Cruise Control
- Automatic Emergency Steering

The 2023 Outback features the latest updates to Subaru's advanced and automated technology.
Upgrades include two new cameras that act like extra set of eyes on busy roads and an electronic brake booster that amplifies force applied to the brake pedal, which makes it easier to stop the vehicle.
Upper trims add a wide-angle mono camera further expanding the field of view to recognize pedestrians and cyclists before the SUV arrives at an intersection.
